Uploaded content to the Foam Goods Co. server from any form on foamgoods.co is now under the the rightful ownership of Foam Goods Co.. Foam Goods Co. may choose to pay a percentage to the originator if the artwork is used as a selling product. Foam Goods Co. will continue to sell the product without payment to originator if termination of subscription is issued.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Foam Goods Co. shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the designated shipping carrier. Once the package is transferred to the carrier, the responsibility for its safe delivery lies with the carrier. Customers are advised to closely monitor their tracking information provided by the shipping carrier and promptly contact the carrier in case of any delivery issues or concerns.
